Before forming Carter Funding Corporation in 1994, I owned and operated General Motors and Ford Motor Company franchises as well as a construction company and a manufacturing concern. Through my years of experience with entrepreneurial entities in many different industries, I observed one common and recurring problem…almost every company I encountered struggled with inconsistent cash flow.
