Chuck Carter
President/CEO
Chuck founded Carter Funding in 1994 with a vision to provide businesses with fast, reliable access to working capital. His leadership combines industry insight with a personal commitment to building lasting client relationships. Chuck’s goal is simple: help businesses grow by removing the barriers of slow cash flow.
Will Carter
Vice President of Finance
Will oversees daily operations and ensures every client experience is seamless. With a background in commercial banking, corporate finance and business development, he understands the intricacies of financial management, internal controls and the need to expedite the conversion of working assets into cash.
Teri Holt
Director of Client Services
Teri has been with Carter Funding for 13 years, having served in a variety of different roles. She is currently our Director of Client Services where her primary focus is ensuring clients have adequate cash to support ongoing obligations through reviewing and purchasing outstanding invoices.
Lucy Cazares
Accounts Receivables Specialist
Lucy has been with Carter Funding for three years. She supports our clients through sound management of the collections process. She effeciently posts incoming payments against our clients’ accounts, ensures rebates are processed accurately, and communicates daily with our clients to ensure they have adequate support.
